While most celebrities have high-paid assistants to do their dirty work, Hilary Duff seems just as happy to just do it herself.
The “War, Inc.” actress was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday running all kinds of errands, from dropping off her dry cleaning to stopping into a gift card and wrapping paper store.
